Newton North High School junior Angela Nie's painting "Anticipation" will be featured for one year in the U.S. Capitol building. | NEWTON, MA – Angela Nie, a junior at Newton North High School, won the Massachusetts Fourth District's annual congressional art competition with her painting 'Anticipation.' 'I appreciate the annual opportunity to showcase students' creativity and skills," Nie said in a news release after being recognized during Congressman Jake Auchincloss' (MA-4) art competition reception at the Attleboro Arts Museum.
